Local Development Framework Annual Monitoring Report

The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 requires every local planning authority to produce an Annual Monitoring Report for submission to the Secretary of State by 31st December each year. This report should contain information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which the planning policies for the authority are being achieved.
