Erewash Aligned Core Strategy

The Borough Council is consulting on two locations in Ilkeston for potential housing development. The sites are located at Ilkeston West (west of Manners Industrial Estate) and west of Quarry Hill Road, Ilkeston. The sites are not in the Green Belt and have previously been assessed as being sustainable locations for development. The Council is carrying out this consultation because the timescales for potential delivery of development on the Stanton Regeneration site have been revised.
