Five year housing land supply All local planning authorities in England are now advised through Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing (Para. 60) that they must undertake work to establish whether or not a Five Year Housing Land Supply exists in their area. We have now undertaken this particular piece of work, and its findings demonstrate that Erewash has a five-year supply of housing land. This exercise will be repeated at regular intervals through the lifespan of the Erewash Local Development Framework period (out to 2026) so that we can actively plan, monitor and manage Housing Needs within Erewash ensuring that we can deliver a flexible supply of land for housing. |
