Erewash Borough Council (various roads Little Eaton)(temporary closure) order 2010

Notice is hereby given that Erewash Borough Council in exercise of their powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 made an Order on 9th April 2010 the effect of which will be that on 3 July 2010 no person shall, except on the direction or with the permission of a police officer in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle other than a vehicle connected with the emergency services to proceed in the following lengths of road between the hours of 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.

• Westley Crescent
  - from the Bell and Harp Public House to its junction with Alfreton Road
• Alfreton Road
  - from its junction with Westley Crescent to its junction with Jack O’Darley’s bridge
• Alfreton Road (B6179)
  - from its junction with Jack O’Darley’s bridge to its junction with Duffield Road
• Duffield Road
  - from its junction with Alfreton Road (B6179) to the entrance of St Peter’s Park
