EREWASH BOROUGH COUNCIL (ILKESTON CARNIVAL PARADE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Erewash Borough Council in exercise of their powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 made an Order on 20 May 2010 the effect of which will be that on 12 June 2010 no person shall, except on the direction or with the permission of a police officer in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle other than a vehicle connected with the emergency services to proceed in the following lengths of road between the hours of 11.30am and 1.00pm.

Belfield Street - all

Rutland Street - from its junction with Belfield Street to its junction with Bath Street

Bath Street - from it’s junction from Rutland Street to Market Place

Market Place - all

South Street - from the Market Place to its junction with Queen Street

Queen Street - all

Queen’s Drive - all
