EREWASH BOROUGH COUNCIL (STANLEY VILLAGE GALA)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Erewash Borough Council in exercise of their powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 made an order on 21 May 2010 the effect of which will be that on 26 June 2010 no person shall, except on the direction or with the permission of a police officer in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle other than a vehicle connected with the emergency services to proceed in the following lengths of road between the hours of 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm.

Derby Road - from the junction with Dale Road to Station Road

Station Road - from the junction with Derby Road to the junction with Coronation Road

Coronation Road - all

Park Avenue - all
