EREWASH BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS WEST HALLAM)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Erewash Borough Council in exercise of their powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 made an Order on
15 April 2010 the effect of which will be that on 10 July 2010 no person shall, except on the direction or with the permission of a police officer in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle other than a vehicle connected with the emergency services to proceed in the following lengths of road between the hours of 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm.

The Village - from a point on the boundary of No 31, The Village, West Hallam to the eastern boundary of the Village Hall (access to the Punch Bowl public house will not be affected).

School Square - from its junction with The Village to the northern boundary of the Old School.
