EREWASH BOROUGH COUNCIL (WILSTHORPE ROAD, LONG EATON)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Erewash Borough Council in exercise of their powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 made an Order on
16th June 2010 the effect of which will be that on 15th August 2010 no person shall, except on the direction or with the permission of a police officer in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle other than a vehicle connected with the emergency services to proceed in the following length of road between the hours of 7.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Wilsthorpe Road (B6002) - from the roundabout at the entrance to West Park Leisure Centre to the Wilsthorpe Road roundabout.
