The site of the old Stanton Ironworks, just to the south of Ilkeston, will be redeveloped over the next 20 years. When we redevelop a site like this and use the site for something new, we call it ‘regeneration’.
This will probably be the biggest regeneration project that Erewash will ever see and will be one of the biggest projects of its kind in the East Midlands.
