March 2012:
Erewash Borough Council has been requested by Alliance Planning, acting on behalf of Saint-Gobain PAM UK Ltd, to provide a formal scoping opinion for the potential development of land at Stanton to the south of Ilkeston. This is a legal requirement under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011.
Erewash Borough Council is required to place on public record this request. The Borough Council’s response is also set out below.
