What Type of Work Qualifies for a Grant?
External works to repair eligible buildings and some structural works are eligible for grant assistance. This includes repairs to roofs and rainwater goods, stonework, window and door joinery including shop fronts. Internal structural works may also qualify, as may internal works for the re-use of redundant floor space. There may also be the opportunity to reinstate lost architectural features such as cast iron railings.
